Fidelity Investments PRIDE NC is the LGBTA Employee Resource Group (ERG) consisting of our associates who work in the Raleigh/Durham area.  Our mission is to assist our members by fostering an inclusive, accepting, and inviting environment that makes them feel supported at work that allows our members to bring their best selves to work and thrive in their positions.  Our participation in this event it to provide community outreach to extend and demonstrate Fidelity Investments' strong diversity and inclusion principles to our members families and friends to feel that same level of support in our surrounding communities.
